WCW MONDAY NITRO
LIVE FROM: SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA

Opening
Highlights from SuperBrawl 2000 were aired. Jeff Jarrett told the Harris brothers in the parking garage that he had been screwed for the last time, and that by the end of the night, the world title would be around his waist. He also stated he would show "them" what his NWO is all about. Mene Gene was set to interview Hulk Hogan when the Total Package entered the ring. The Package said that Hogan's return was not so triumphant, and if it had not been for Sting and Jimmy Hart, he would be having his meals spoon fed to him. Hogan challenged the Package to a match in a steel cage. As Tony Schiavone was discussing the events at SuperBrawl, Jeff Jarrett and the Harris Brothers hit the ramp. Jarrett presented a document signed by Kevin Nash, stating that if Jarrett did not leave SuperBrawl with the world title, he would receive a rematch. In the back, Kidman was fretting over not being able to find his camera.

--In the back, Madusa became irate after learning she flew across the country, only to not be booked on the show.

Lash Leroux versus Kidman w/Torrie Wilson
This match was declared a no contest after the Harris Brothers attacked both men.
Winner: No Contest

--The KidCam caught Buff trying to persuade Symphony to drop Maestro and go out with him. After being told "NO," Buff told Symphony to stay quiet, because he had almost been caught once before. A couple of segments later, security had to pull the Maestro off of Buff Bagwell.

Vampiro versus Fit Finlay
Vamp rolled up Finlay after the Irishmen when head first into the post. Finlay delivered a tombstone after the bell.
Winner: Vampiro via pinfall

--It was announced during the last match that the cage match between Hogan and the Package would be a "Last Man Standing" match.

--Madusa whispered something to La Parka who responded by saying "Si, senorita."

The Mamalukes (c) versus Booker *Tag Team Championship*
Booker was originally set to wrestle Disco Inferno, but Disco instead offered Booker a handicap match against the tag team champions. Booker dominated the match, and went on to win by dq when Disco interfered. After the bell, the Harris brothers attacked everyone in the ring.
Winner: Booker T via disqualification

--Terry Funk and Dustin Rhodes said they would put an end to the rampage of the Harris brothers tonight. Once again, Funk said that Dustin was ten times as tough as his dad ever was.

--Stevie Ray and Harlem Heat said that they were through with Booker and the new member was known to Booker as "Cassius."

The Artist (c) w/Paisley versus La Parka *Cruiserweight Championship*
Madusa originally came to the ring, dressed as La Parka, but Oklahoma ripped the mask off, revealing the former Cruiserweight champ. The real La Parka hit the ring (wearing cowboy jeans and boots) and whacked Oklahoma with a chair. The Artist hit his jumping ddt to retain the title.
Winner: The Artist via pinfall (Retained Cruiserweight Title)

Terry Funk/Dustin Rhodes versus Harris Brothers
Sid chased Jarrett out of arena after JJ laid out the bell ringer with a guitar shot. Dustin Rhodes then turned on Funk, delivering more than one ddt and hitting him repeatedly with a chair. Rhodes later knocked Funk off of a stretcher and drove off in the ambulance reserved for Funk.
Winners: No Official Decision Rendered

--Buff told Mene Gene if the Maestro pushes the right button, he will find out how rough Buff can get.

--Sid Vicious told Mene Gene that he accepted Jeff Jarrett's challenge and that he would face him at Uncensored 2000. Sid said he liked Jarrett because he kept him on his toes, but he was sadly mistaken if he thought that he would become the master.

--In the back, Kidman and Booker were having to be held back by security, as they were attempting to attack the Harris Brothers.

--After pumping up the Total Package, Ric Flair told Mene Gene that Luger would tear Hogan apart. He also stated that what Rhodes did was right, because Rhodes proved tonight that he wanted to be a pro wrestler. He told Gene he was tired of seeing him kiss Hogan's butt.

Buff Bagwell versus The Maestro w/Symphony
The Cat distracted Maestro talking about James Brown long enough for Buff to snap off the Blockbuster for the win. Due to the Maestro losing the bet to the Cat, Miller allowed the Maestro to listen to his new ring entrance music. The Maestro went nuts, choking the life out of referee Billy Silverman.
Winner: Buff Bagwell via pinfall

--Clips were shown from WCW Saturday night of Hacksaw Jim Duggan "resurrecting" the television title and Steven Regal challenging for the strap, saying if he could not beat Duggan on Saturday night, he would retire.

Bam Bam Bigelow versus The Wall
The Wall continually kicked out and away from the Bammer's onslaught to come back and defeat Bigelow with a top rope chokeslam.
Winner: The Wall via pinfall

--Ric Flair told Arn Anderson that he needed to get his act together, because "Team Package" was taking over and told his son David to just do what he told him.

--Hogan told Mene Gene that he was by himself tonight and that by hook or by crook, he would strap his leather over the back of the Total Package. During this time, the Nature Boy and the Total Package were beating on Jimmy Hart, and continued to do so, all the way to the ring.

The Total Package versus Hulk Hogan *Last Man Standing Steel Cage Match*
Hogan ran to the cage and fought off both the Package and Flair, before security ousted the Nature Boy. As Hogan was scaling the cage after hitting the Package with the leg drop, Flair entered the cage, only to be hit with the leg drop. Hogan fought off both men, but was stopped by a chair shot, courtesy of Luger. Doug Dellinger tried to stop the chaos, but had his arm broken by Luger. As the show went off the air, "Team Package" was assaulting Hogan and security.
Winner: No decision rendered
